Greensboro, NC. As an Optometrist, youll provide comprehensive eye
care to a diverse patient base, focusing on both vision and overall
eye health. You'll have the time and support to get to know your
patients—building trust, educating them on eye health, and making a
real impact in their lives. This growing practice values continuity
of care and encourages you to develop strong patient-practitioner
connections. Your Day-to-Day: Conduct thorough eye exams with
manageable 20-minute slots, allowing time for meaningful patient
interactions. Diagnose, manage, and treat ocular diseases and
visual disorders. Educate patients on preventive eye care and their
personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a dedicated clinical
team and experienced tech support. Utilize cutting-edge equipment
(OCT, Optos, digital phoropters) Pay & Benefits: Salary starting at
$180,000 Productivity bonuses 5 days per week schedule with one

A valid state optometry license or one actively being obtained is
