All providers receive a guaranteed base salary with monthly production true-up, no lab fees (in-house technician support), and access to CBCT, intraoral scanners, and 3D printing. Providers focus exclusively on patient care and education, without administrative duties. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Orthodontist to join a comprehensive specialty-based teaching facility in Greensboro, offering all specialties under one roof. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide full-scope orthodontic treatment while mentoring students in real private practice settings. Providers enjoy a large referral base generated from both private practice partnerships and the internal university network. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat malocclusions using digital orthodontic systems and aligners Mentor students on case planning, biomechanics, and treatment monitoring Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for restorative and surgical cases Utilize CBCT and digital modeling to enhance treatment accuracy and efficiency Qualifications DDS/DMD and completion of accredited Orthodontics residency NC dental license or eligibility Proficiency with digital orthodontic tools (Invisalign, 3D treatment planning) Strong communication and mentoring skills
