You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, ensuring that each resident’s unique needs are met. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as the PRN position requires your availability to cover shifts based on the facility's needs.
