Requirements Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics Experience :- Minimum 2 years of experience on the cardiac floor required. Charting :- Epic (Preferred). Certfications: - ACLS, BLS, NIHSS* Staffing Ratios: 1:4 for surgical step down, and 1:5-6 for lower acuity Skills: Cardiac Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown Sheath Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleuravac External CPAP/BIPAP, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance coverage, plus 401(k) retirement plan.
