Registered Nurse (RN) | Hospice Location: Durham, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,425 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Hospice RN in Durham, North Carolina, 27704! Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Hospice Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: 2 years of experience required with 1 year of recent hospice field experience License: NC or Compact License in hand Certifications: ADN / BLS required Must-Have: 1 year of hospice field experience required Description: Provide routine hospice visits, PRN hospice visits, hospice admissions, vital signs, and physical assessments. Manage medication refills and conduct EMR documentation. Perform medication reconciliation and symptom management. Conduct recertification visits and time of death visits. Utilize PCA's, feeding pumps, and various drainage systems as needed. Identify spiritual needs and provide perideath care for families. Ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements. Work within a territory that includes multiple communities. Schedule 4-5 patient visits per day, Monday through Friday. No call or weekend work is required.
