What Youll Be Doing Provide in-person therapy to individuals, couples, families, and teens. Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each clients goals. Maintain timely, organized documentation (we aim for within 24 hours). Participate in consultation and team meetings that actually feel valuable. Represent Evolution Wellness with professionalism in person and online. What You Bring Active LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT license in North Carolina. Masters degree or higher in a mental healthrelated field. A passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
