help. THE POSITION: This is an onsite position. Telephone triage
nurses are registered nurses who administer care via telehealth
services. Typically, this means speaking to patients over the
phone, providing them with medical advice, evaluating and assessing
their symptoms and consulting with physicians as needed. Id -
