Manager/Director, the Clinical Nurse is responsible for
coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing
process in a hospital setting. Identify and meet personal learning
needs; attend relevant education programs. Use patient education
materials and assess readiness to learn. Identify patient outcomes
and revise care plans as needed. Collaborate with the team to
evaluate care and ensure continuity. Provide safe, competent care
for patients with complex needs. Perform point-of-care testing and
follow standards and policies. Organize and prioritize care;
consult resources for complex issues. Set and achieve professional
growth goals; support unit objectives. Communicate effectively and
give feedback to coworkers. Promote safety, cleanliness, and
cost-effective care. Assess patient needs, anticipate discharge,
and support family advocacy. Plan care collaboratively, using
multidisciplinary resources and cultural awareness. Stay informed
