In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to elderly patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop nursing care plans Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients in a nursing home setting Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Document and maintain accurate patient medical records Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care Monitor, report, and record symptoms and changes in patient's conditions Operate medical equipment and administer treatments and medications Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations Compassionate and patient-focused approach Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
