Job Description:
Southern Health Partners, a leader in correctional healthcare,
is seeking a dedicated Nursing Team Manager to join our innovative
team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive healthcare in
a correctional setting, overseeing a team of professional nurses
and ensuring top-tier medical care. The Nursing Team Manager will
be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and
supervision of healthcare services within the facility. This
position requires a compassionate approach to patient care, strong
leadership qualities, and the ability to work effectively under the

supervise the nursing staff within the correctional facility.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies and procedures.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
ensure comprehensive patient care. Develop and implement strategies
for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare
services. Monitor and evaluate patient care activities and
outcomes. Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff,
fostering a professional and positive work environment. Maintain
accurate records and ensure confidentiality of all patient data.
Address and resolve any issues related to healthcare services
promptly. Proven leadership and management skills. Strong clinical
skills in a healthcare setting. Excellent organizational and
communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a
high-pressure environment. Competent in using healthcare
information systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Experience in correctional healthcare or emergency medical services
is highly desirable.
