The position requires a commitment to 3 twelve-hour shifts each week, totaling 36 hours. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit. All requests for time off must be specified during the initial submission and will not be considered after that. The nurse must be able to float to areas within their acuity level as needed. There are weekend and holiday work requirements. In case of callouts for scheduled shifts, makeup shifts will be mandatory as deemed necessary by the department.
