This role requires comprehensive psychological assessments and formulation of treatment plans in a dynamic and supportive environment. Conduct detailed psychological assessments to identify patient needs. Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide psychotherapy to individuals, groups, or families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate psychological and physical healthcare. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Engage in continuous education to remain current with psychological research and practices. Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately. Expertise in various therapy techniques such as CBT, DBT, psychoanalysis, etc. Strong diagnostic skills in mental health disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity for empathy and maintaining professional boundaries. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Licensed to practice psychology in the state of Texas. Board certification in a specialized area of psychology is preferred.
