Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room
Registered Nurse to join our team at the Little River Freestanding
Emergency Room. This role is pivotal in providing the highest level
of care to patients in urgent and emergent situations. As an ER RN
at Little River, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with
a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to improving
human life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for emergency
medicine, exceptional clinical skills, and the ability to function
effectively under pressure. Provide immediate medical attention to
patients in emergency situations, assessing conditions and
implementing appropriate care plans. Collaborate with physicians
and other medical staff to formulate treatment plans. Monitor
patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain
accurate patient records and adhere to all confidentiality and
legal directives. Educate patients and their families on treatment
and care plans. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor
for reactions or side effects. Proven ability to work under
pressure in emergency situations Strong clinical skills with a
focus on patient-centered care Excellent teamwork and communication
abilities Capability to use medical equipment and software with
proficiency Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in
the state. BLS/CPR certification required, ACLS preferred.
