Job Description Family Medicine opening near Myrtle Beach, SC* Located in *Conway, SC - just 40 miles from Myrtle Beach! Full-time, permanent opening Hospital-employed Rural Health ClinicSeeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a rural health clinic. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving access to high-quality healthcare in an underserved community.Position Overview: Outpatient only; no inpatient care Schedule: Mon - Thurs, 8am - 5pm and Fri, 8am - 12pm Admin Time: 0.5-day per week Patient Volume: 18-25 patients per day Call: Minimal, shared 1:7 to 1:8 rotation EMR: CernerPatient Population & Services: Demographics: Primarily adult and geriatric, with some pediatric cases Common Cases: Hypertension, diabetes, and wellness checks Visit Types: Sick visits, chronic condition follow-ups, annual physicals, and acute care Procedures: Minor dermatologic procedures, joint injections, skin biopsies, vaccinations, and women s health screeningsBenefits: Sign-On Bonus: $35k to assist with your transition Compensation: Guaranteed base salary WRVU bonuses Incentive Grants: Eligible for up to $15,000/year through SC AHEC s Rural Incentive Grant Student Loan Repayment: PSLF program eligibility Insurance: Health, dental, vision, and malpractice with tail coverage Retirement: Employer-matched plans CME: 5 days off $3k annually PTO: 24 days, plus flexible scheduling for work-life balance
