Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Whiteville, NC Employer: Curative Pay: $200 to $250 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Position LocumJobsNetwork is working with Curative to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Whiteville, North Carolina, 28472! Locums OB/GYN coverage opportunity in North Carolina with quick credentialing and a manageable call-in pattern-ideal for physicians looking to add a few 24-hour call days per month. Highlights Fast credentialing: typically 2-3 weeks with timely paperwork PRN-style coverage: only 3-6 days per month, with weekday and weekend options 24-hour call taken offsite with a 30-minute response time Support staff and backup coverage in place Level 1 nursery with limited transfers (approximately 1-4/month) Practice Setting Inpatient OB/GYN coverage Adult patient population (18) Approximately 400 births annually High-risk cases can occur and are difficult to predict Schedule 24-hour call coverage blocks Offsite call with required 30-minute response time Ongoing PRN need-dates still available in upcoming months Great fit if you want consistent supplemental shifts without a full-time commitment Cases and Procedures OB/GYN call coverage with deliveries Must be proficient with C-sections Call-ins average 1-7 per shift (varies by day) Requirements MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology North Carolina license required (unable to wait for a license) Minimum 12 months of experience Travel Accommodations Travel and lodging details available-ask what can be arranged for this assignment Streamlined onboarding support to help you start quickly Scheduling help to coordinate PRN blocks around your existing commitments Reply with your CV (or just your availability), and I'll share the remaining details and help you lock in the best remaining call days.
