Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with pulmonary
conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and
implement patient care plans. Monitor patient conditions and adjust
care plans as necessary. Educate patients and families on disease
management and prevention strategies. Participate in clinical
research and contribute to departmental improvement initiatives.
Strong clinical skills in a pulmonary or Medsurg setting Ability to
operate sophisticated medical equipment Effective communication and
collaboration abilities Resilient and capable of working in
