Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts with 32 guaranteed hours per week Expected weekly productivity: 30 units Home health and adult care setting Weekend on-call rotation with 4 other physical therapists Home health and OASIS experience required HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred We provide complimentary housing and travel We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) plan Your personal recruiter handles every detail, 24/7 Per week (based on a 40-hour week).
