Job Description ?" Earn a $20,000 Commitment Bonus Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with a minimum of six
on-call shifts per month, including one full weekend

Surgery/OR team is committed to deliver high-quality,
patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. We are a
community-focused rural facility featuring six main operating rooms
and one dedicated OB surgical suite. Our surgical services include
general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, and other
specialties. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced OR
nurse to join our surgical team. How you'll contribute A Registered
Nurse who excels in this role: - Accurately performs patient
assessments and identifies patient needs - Identifies and initiates
appropriate nursing interventions - Provides care appropriate to
condition and age of the patient - Performs timely and appropriate
documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record -
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary

current North Carolina state or compact state RN license.
Additional requirements include: - Basic Life Support certification
is required within 30 days of hire - ACLS is required within 90
days of hire - Associate's degree in nursing is required
(Bachelor's degree is preferred) - One year of RN experience in the
