Job Description:

Quality. Schedule We are looking for one or two different RN or
LPNs Monday-Friday shift availability, 7am-7pm Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Evaluates and treats clients with appropriate level of skill
according to client's needs under the supervision of an RN,
Clinical Manager. Monitor patient vital signs and report any
changes to the healthcare team. Attend school with client Verbal
demonstrations of client rights and responsibilities Support case
management by coordinating patient care plans and follow-up
appointments. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
in compliance with healthcare regulations. Demonstrate proper use
of equipment. Ensure HIPAA regulations are adhered to. All other
