Board-Eligible or Board-Certified OB/GYN Physicians to join a
growing OB Hospitalist program serving multiple hospitals across
eastern North Carolina. This opportunity offers a flexible
shift-based schedule, strong academic collaboration, and the
ability to practice across a regional health system while
supporting maternal care in community hospitals. Eastern North
Carolina offers an excellent quality of life with a mild climate,

Carolina coast. Position Details Job Type: Permanent Specialty:
Obstetrics & Gynecology — OB Hospitalist Employment Model:
Hospital-employed EMR: Epic Practice Environment Privileges at
multiple community hospitals and a tertiary academic medical center
Collaboration with regional OB/GYN providers and academic faculty
Support from a Level IV NICU and state-of-the-art children’s
hospital Advanced practice provider support available Integrated
care model across a 9-hospital physician-led healthcare system
Academic collaboration with a department that includes: General
OB/GYN physicians Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists Reproductive
Endocrinology Gynecologic Oncology Urogynecology Certified Nurse
Midwives Schedule 7 twenty-four-hour shifts per month OR 14
twelve-hour shifts per month 36 hours per quarter scheduled at the
academic medical center to maintain clinical competency Travel
stipend provided Requirements MD or DO Board Eligible or Board
Certified in OB/GYN Eligible for North Carolina licensure Interest
in hospital-based obstetric care Compensation & Benefits
