prior to start Certifications: BLS, ARRTP Must-Have: - Skills in
abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion
(non-brain), gradient echo imaging, maximum intensity projection
(MIP), multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), peripheral magnetic
resonance, spin echo images, surface coils, T1 and T2, CINE -
Skills in chest and image post-processing preferred Description:
RTO after booking is not allowed. Any call-offs or additional RTO
on unit could possibly result in a cancellation. The expected start
date is based on the schedule but is subject to change depending on
class and trainer availability. Travelers may start on Wednesday,
Thursday, or Friday of the first week. Travelers must be fully
available with no other commitments to accommodate any schedule
changes. Missing any portion of orientation may result in a delayed
or canceled start. Confirmation of the final start date will occur
the Tuesday prior to the start week. Daily patient diagnoses
familiarity is preferred with neonates, infants, and pediatrics.
Required familiarity includes adolescent, adults, and geriatrics.
Preferred special procedures and unit details will be discussed
during hiring. Candidates may float within the facility or to
nearby affiliates based on skill sets and census. Candidates must
be comfortable floating based on job description with no
restrictions or special requests. Modules must be completed
pre-start and annually, with hours varying by specialty. Candidates
must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. No RTO is allowed during the
first week of a traveler's assignment. Travel pairs are allowed but
must work on different units. Two manager/supervisor references
from within the past 12 months are highly preferred at time of
submission. Travelers cannot work more than 5 consecutive days or
