Our team includes four board-certified neonatologists, as well as neonatal nurse practitioners. Patients are referred from throughout the region because our reputation is outstanding for neonatal intensive care. Our NICU is known for its teamwork, and many nurses have worked here for more than 10 years. We have a high level of professionalism and an expectation that nurses will continue their professional development. We currently have 16 nurses on the Clinical Ladder Job Summary Plans and implements professional nursing care for patients in accordance with hospital policies. Assumes charge nurse responsibilities as assigned. Job Qualifications Current licensure in North Carolina as a Registered Nurse or Compact state licensure.
