The Receptionist / Customer Service Representative position will
involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service
to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments
for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other
additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or
Salary Range: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a
friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms - places
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a
high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provide customers with additional information about new
products and services.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and
resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
