The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for managing deli operations but also for maintaining an innovative environment that supports local producers and offers premium, fresh products. Oversee daily operations of the deli department ensuring compliance with company and safety policies. Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies, while controlling waste and cost. Develop and promote engaging in-store events that align with our focus on local and fresh products. Train and lead deli staff, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high standards of customer service and product knowledge. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
