Oversee and manage all aspects of the Chicken Kitchen operations within the store. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations regarding food preparation and serving. Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise all culinary activities. Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs. Maintain inventory levels and conduct full audits to ensure that all supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts. Cultivate an environment that is focused on providing a superior culinary experience. Develop and plan menus including any promotional events held in-store. Regularly review product quality and research new vendors. Coordinate with store management for sales forecasts and report on product returns and customer complaints. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage a kitchen and staff. Proficient in maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service. Experience in inventory management and cost control. Capable of handling workforce scheduling, training, and performance management. Food Safety Manager Certification preferred. Certification in Culinary Arts or related training is beneficial.
