Job Description Job Description BryantCorp , a family-owned hotel developer, owner and operator with properties throughout the Southeast, is seeking an entrepreneurial and energetic General Manager to open and grow a truly one-of-a-kind Home 2 Suites in Wilson, NC. As a property-centric family business, BryantCorp affords its general managers wide latitude to run our hotels with their own individualized "owner's" mentality. Our brand-new hotel is integrated into a new minor league baseball stadium in downtown Wilson, a city leading the state in terms of economic development and poised for outsized growth. The GM role will be equally unique, in that it involves coordinating with a baseball team, municipal government and community organizations, all in addition to typical general manager duties of running a hotel. As a BryantCorp GM, expectations are high: Hire your team to ramp-up the sales and operations of a new hotel in a dynamic and exciting market Maximize the guest experience by empowering your team members to exceed guest expectations Foster a culture of continuous learning with training, mentorship and servant leadership. Maintain the highest standards for integrity, transparency and clear communication Manage the property to seek constant improvement in operations, revenue, guest satisfaction and property. Our new GM in Wilson will be a community leader in Wilson as BryantCorp seeks to build and foster "inspiring places" that improve the lives of guests, the team and the surrounding community. The General Manager will be responsible for hotel profitability, brand compliance and reporting of key performance indicators.
