Overview: The Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the day-to-day operation of concessions and hospitality areas during events. This role assists with inventory, staff coordination, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and guest-focused environment. This is a hands-on, event-driven position ideal for someone with prior food & beverage or hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting—especially in a baseball or live event atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Event Operations & Inventory Support Assist with stocking and preparing concession stands and storage areas before events Help maintain appropriate inventory levels and communicate low stock needs Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Support basic inventory counts and product tracking as needed Team & Staff Support Provide on-site supervision and guidance to hourly staff during events Assist with training new employees on basic procedures and service standards Help ensure staff are following company policies and health regulations Address minor guest or staff concerns and escalate issues when needed Facility & Equipment Help maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, storage rooms, and workspaces Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to management Assist with basic setup and operation of point-of-sale (POS) systems Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred 1 year of experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality preferred Prior supervisory or team lead experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable and able to take direction while working independently when needed Basic familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office is helpful Work Schedule & Requirements: Seasonal, event-based schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Hours will vary based on event schedule (typically part-time, with potential for long shifts on event days) Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed Work Environment: Stadium and warehouse settings with indoor and outdoor conditions Fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere during events Pre-Employment Information: A pre-employment drug screening is required.
