***Human Resources Coordinators Immediate Hire for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts ***Job Details for Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Schedule: Full time, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift
  • Pay Rate: Negotiable, benefits included
  • Direct Hire or Temporary to PermanentJob Responsibilities & Description for Human Resources Coordinator:
    • Provides customer service and problem solving for employees by assisting in resolution of questions or complaints.
    • Enters employee data into HRIS, including: on-boarding information, disciplinary action notes, address changes, telephone number changes, etc.
    • Assists in the coordination of the plant employee benefit program.
    • Assists in sick leave and leave of absence program, family and medical leave administration, benefit continuation and premium payment tracking.
    • Enters daily attendance information. Job Requirements for Human Resources Coordinator:
      • Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
      • Preferably bi-lingual in Spanish or another language for 1st shift.
      • Must have previous experience in a manufacturing or plant setting.
      • Previous SAP/HCM system experience a preferred.
      • Previous Applicant Tracking System, (iCIMS) experience preferred.
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
