Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Troubleshooting qualified customer support inquiries
Comparing, analyzing, qualifying, and escalating customer requests
Advocating for ways to improve the customer experience
Required Skills:

Experience in a technical field
Related customer support, community moderation, or account management experience
Have worked as or with designers or other creative professionals
Able to use both a Mac and PC
