Tier 1 Technical Support Customer Advocate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Troubleshooting qualified customer support inquiries
Comparing, analyzing, qualifying, and escalating customer
Advocating for ways to improve the customer experience
Experience in a technical field
Related customer support, community moderation, or account
Have worked as or with designers or other creative
Able to use both a Mac and PC
