Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Carrboro, North
Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring
customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving
connectivity issues, and providing exceptional support. This is a
Contract to permanent position, ideal for candidates who excel in
fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering top-notch
service. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
via phone, email, and other communication channels. • Assist
customers in resolving connectivity problems and troubleshooting
technical issues. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of
customer interactions and solutions provided. • Collaborate with
internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed
effectively. • Handle multiple browsers and tools simultaneously to
provide efficient service. • Provide clear and detail-oriented
email correspondence to address customer needs. • Identify
opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and proactively
suggest solutions. • Stay updated on company policies and product
knowledge to deliver accurate information. • Ensure a positive
customer experience by showcasing empathy and problem-solving
skills.• Previous experience in a call center or customer service
role is required. • Strong ability to navigate and use multiple web
browsers and software tools. • Excellent written communication
skills for detail-oriented email correspondence. • Proven track
record in customer success and maintaining high satisfaction
levels. • Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving connectivity
and technical issues. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment. • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and
prioritize effectively.
