Job Description:

service. As a Security Officer Receptionist, you will be the first
point of contact, combining traditional reception duties with
high-standard security checks, ensuring the safety and proper
management of our premises. You will actively engage with visitors
and employees, handle access controls, and provide general support
to our security operations, primarily focusing on our aviation and
events clients. Greet, verify, and direct visitors with a
sophisticated level of professionalism. Monitor security cameras,
alarms, and perform periodic security walks around the facility.
Handle incoming calls and manage the reception area to maintain
order and efficiency. Record and report detailed logs of visitor
data and security incidents. Liaise with law enforcement and
emergency responders when necessary. Conduct preliminary security
checks and issue visitor badges. Assist in evacuation drills and
other emergency procedures. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Proficient in using security management
software and systems. Ability to manage stress and stay calm under
pressure. Keen observational skills and detail-oriented. First Aid
and CPR Certification required. Completion of a certified security
training course is desirable.
