Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their Legal
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on complex legal and regulatory matters pertaining to
financial products and services
Collaborate with business teams on new and existing products,
partnerships, and strategic matters
Oversee commercial contracts and other transactional matters
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of law firm experience representing financial
institutions
Graduation from an accredited law school
Valid membership in a state or provincial bar
Knowledge of privacy laws and intellectual property rights is a
plus
Experience with marketing/advertising laws is beneficial
