seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic
legal team. This role will require you to handle a wide range of
family law matters, such as child custody, child support, property
division, and more. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of
experience practicing family law in North Carolina, a small book of
business to bring with them, and a commitment to their clients and
ethical practices. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of
family law matters, including but not limited to, child custody,
child support, and property division. Provide sound legal advice to
clients in complex and sensitive situations, ensuring their rights
are protected, and their interests are represented. Draft, review,
and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and
agreements. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and
negotiations. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to
gather all necessary facts and evidence for each case. Maintain
updated knowledge of laws, legal articles, and rulings related to
family law. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,
providing them with regular updates on case progress. Collaborate
with legal support staff and colleagues to ensure efficient case
management. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience in family
law. Active member of the North Carolina State Bar in good
standing. Proven track record of successfully representing clients
in family law matters. Proven trial, negotiation, and litigation
skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with
the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and concise
manner. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability
to manage multiple cases simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work
