What You’ll Do Respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents, and recovery calls Operate tow trucks and flatbeds to transport vehicles safely Communicate clearly with customers about the towing process and fees Secure and lift vehicles using proper tools and techniques Complete accurate paperwork and maintain detailed records Report incidents or unsafe conditions to dispatch immediately Perform basic maintenance and keep your truck clean and ready Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations Deliver outstanding customer service—every time No towing experience? No problem! We provide full training for the right candidate.
