This position is pivotal in supporting our iconic brands like Cheez-It®, Pringles®, and Eggo®, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management to meet production and distribution demands. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, fostering innovation and efficiency across our supply chain processes. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production and distribution. Coordinate with production and supply chain departments to forecast and plan inventory needs. Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system data. Implement and uphold inventory control procedures and best practices. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, adjustments, and variances. Collaborate with other teams to resolve inventory issues and optimize supply chain strategies. Assist in the integration of new inventory technologies and systems. Proficiency in inventory management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS is highly desirable. Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
