Officer position in Charlotte, NC!Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is the
national mortgage division of Mutual of Omaha, a Fortune 300
company, offering insurance and financial services. We are hiring
for the position of Loan Officer in our Charlotte Branch on

the office* Perform sales related activities e.g. calls, take
applications* Evaluate borrower eligibility and qualify borrowers
for loan programs* Complete items on Encompass File Checklist and
submit loan for review* Set and help manage client expectations
through funding* Step back into loan to assist ops on sales-related
issuesRequirements:* SAFE/State licensed--OR currently employed by
federally registered bank for 365 consecutive days or more
required* 2+ years of--current--experience as a Mortgage Loan
Originator required* 1+ years of experience with Encompass LOS
preferred* 1+ years of experience with Velocify CRM preferred*
History of consistently closing 10+ units per month* Sales ability*
Industry and product knowledge* Strong work ethic* Desire to
achieve* Willingness to growJob Type: Full-timeExperience:*
Encompass LOS experience: 1 year (Preferred)* Mortgage Loan
Originator: 2 years (Required)* Velocify CRM experience : 1 year
