Job Description:

Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina, USA Provide strategic and tactical advice and develops learning solutions on learning te chn ology systems including learning management systems ( LMS ) and other cloud-based te chn ologies to support evolving training requirements and initiatives Applies advanced consulting skills and extensive te chn ical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS)
• Experience with e-learning sof tware, multimedia, and learning te chn ologies, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other e-learning development tools.
• Experienced in the application of adult learning theories and principles and ADDIE process
• Ability to interface with learning strategists and learning product developers to develop integrated, cloud-based learning environments.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience with learning analytics.
  • Ability to integrate learning systems.
  • Knowledge of 508 compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of application of xAPI or Learning Record Stores ( LRS ) .
