This position will require operation of a drop plow. Candidate should possess knowledge about excavation and excavation safety and be familiar with various tools and equipment such as compressors, tampers, jack hammers, locators, etc. Working out of the DataWatt Solutions' business unit, located in Linwood or Lumberton, the drop plow operator will be expected to work Monday - Thursday and with an occasional overnight travel/stay. The operator will also be expected to be involved in emergency restoration work which might involve night or weekend work. Pay would be based on experience.

• Operate plow.
• Ability to interact and communicate well with superintendent, area manager, co-workers and customers.
• Willing to learn and grow with the company.
• Ability to work full-time, in an outdoor environment and in all weather conditions.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and be willing to travel.
• Routine Training as assigned (LMS, OSHA-10 hour, etc.).
• Roadside Traffic Control.

  • Experience as an operator in utility construction, preferably with plows.
  • Driver's license is required, CDL is preferred.
