UADA | AES | Accounts Payable ( Eric Friend)
Summary of Job Duties:
The Fiscal Support Analyst will work within the Accounts Payable
unit. Primary job duties include processing accounts payable
invoices, auditing employee travel requests and personal
reimbursements, researching AP related policies and regulations,
working with vendors to reconcile account statements, assisting
employees on AP related questions, and providing training and
guidance to UADA units as needed.
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in
general business, finance, or a related field.
OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED
FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS.
Experience with accounts payable or general accounting. Strong
time management and organization skills.Knowledge of basic
accounting principles and high degree of attention to detail.
2 to 3 years of professional related work experience in higher
education business office environment. State government experience.
Experience with Workday. Proficiency with MS Excel spreadsheet
software. Experience managing large amounts of reports and
information. Familiarity with State of Arkansas sales and use tax
