Trident Management is recruiting an experienced Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include, data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, & day to day activities as assigned. Proficient with Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook. Attention to detail & follow through of projects to meet deadlines.

Monday - Friday 9-5. Competitive pay and benefits

Qualifications:

Ability to work with confidential records & surroundings

Prefer 2 year degree in business/accounting

Prefer 2 years experience in executive functions

Proficient with computers & technology

Must be highly motivated and detail oriented

Must have excellent attendance record
