The Implementation Specialist will assist with implementation of MSP services at new clients by gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and processes, and working collaboratively to create and execute a seamless implementation plan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative support to clients, understanding client needs and recommending and implementing mutually beneficial solutions using a process-based methodology
• Work collaboratively and effectively to gain a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the client culture and business processes, in order to create a roadmap for successful MSP implementation
• Provide exceptional support and trouble shooting for clients during implementation both remotely and onsite as needed
• Proactively achieve project goals and consistently meet milestones
• Think creatively, using flexible methodology to exceed client expectations and ensure smooth processes that create and maintain and effective partnership

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience in a client-facing role providing support in a process driven setting
• MUST have at least 2+years of relevant experience, with healthcare industry preferred
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• A high level of detail orientation
• High sense of urgency
• Open to travel up to 50%
