Job Description:

A private research university is in need of a Remote Patient Access Supervisor. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Provide leadership and daily oversight to a team of access center specialists Participate in the execution of day-to-day contact center operations Serve as Level 2 support for escalated patient calls and document patient feedback accordingly Qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field required 4 to 5 years of progressive people leadership in a contact center Previous knowledge and experience with call center technology Strong leadership and staff development skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven capability of seeking ways to improve and promote accuracy and enhanced quality
