Pediatric opening in North CarolinaLocated in Clinton, NCFull-Time & Permanent PositionSeeking a Board Eligible or Certified Pediatrician to join clinic.- Join the physician-owned group of 3 pediatricians and 5 family physicians. - Full-time outpatient position- Quickly establish your pediatric career through a robust pediatric population and thrive in a collaborative, non-competitive association with experienced pediatricians, family physicians, and APPs. - Outpatient only practice with no hospital responsibilities with option for hospital involvement if desired- Opportunity for large volume of patients seen per day if desired, however no minimum is required- Established patient panel and support staff with same day walk-in coverage by practice providers- Onsite laboratory and a full array of ancillary services- Interview and relocation expense reimbursements; signing bonus- Guaranteed salary plus incentive bonus- Optional 2-year ownership track with affordable buy-in process- Full benefits package (medical, dental, disability, life, 401(k) match, CME, and a generous PTO policy)- Total compensation in the 75th-90th percentile for established physicians (2021 MGMA data)Compensation Details:- Interview and relocation expense reimbursements; signing bonus- Guaranteed salary plus incentive bonus- Optional 2-year ownership track with affordable buy-in process- Full benefits package (medical, dental, disability, 401(k) match, life, CME, and a generous PTO policy)- Total compensation in the 75th-90th percentile for established physicians (2019 MGMA data)Location:Safe, family-oriented community presents a relaxed environment where you can comfortably walk around historic downtown, peruse local boutique stores and art galleries, and dine at locally owned restaurants.
