Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Medicare Member
Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and Evaluate Calls: Review concierge call interactions to
assess agent performance
Provide Feedback: Deliver constructive feedback to agents and team
leaders
Collaborate with Training Teams: Develop and implement training
programs based on call monitoring results
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalency
3 years' experience in customer service with a focus on quality
assurance or health care systems
Basic understanding of managed healthcare systems and Medicare
Associate or bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, or
related field preferred
Experience with Medicare managed plans and proficiency in relevant
applications
