Job Description:

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist II for a remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs analysis for classes and events
Design and develop training courses and curriculum
Facilitate training delivery and evaluate overall training effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in training development
Strong project management and presentation skills
Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, HR, ISD, OD, Business, or related field preferred
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory
Extensive industry expertise may be considered in place of formal education
