As a Benefit Administrator, your daily activities will involve using our proprietary lead management system to connect with business owners and key decision-makers, introducing them to life and supplemental health benefits available for their employees. This role is based in a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, leading to a balanced work-life structure. Our innovative programs are made to deliver value not only to our clients but also to the communities in which we operate, creating a win-win scenario.

The compensation plan is equally attractive, featuring an average first-year income of $50,000 for Benefit Administrators. For those interested in Management, earnings can exceed $100,000. There is also potential for further career growth with the option to own your own agency. The accounts you handle are your clients, allowing for fruitful relationships that are both professionally and financially rewarding.
