Job Description:

Cape Fear Life Enhancement Services is currently seeking to hire a Qualified Professional. The Qualified Professional is responsible for implementing services which provide the optimal environment for developmental growth enabling those served to function as independently as possible.The QP has twenty-four hour a day programmatic responsibility for two ICF/IID facilities. The main role of the QP is to ensure that the participants receive the care/services necessary and the ICF/IID facilities meet or exceed the ICF/IID standards at all times. As measured by the continuing certification of these programs by the Division of Facility Services and compliance with State, Federal and local laws/regulation. The QP reports directly to the Program Director.Education requirement:

• At least one year of experience working directly with individuals who have developmental disabilities; holds at least a bachelor's degree in a professional category (Human Services Field) e.g. Psychology, Education, Sociology, Speech, Counseling, etc.Job Requirements:
  • The successful candidate must be at least 18 years of age with a valid North Carolina Driver's License.
  • Must have flexible availability and reliable transportation.Clearance Requirements:
    • Clear health care registry and background check.
