      Qualifications and Experience:
      
      • 
        
      • Operate and maintain hand tools, such as brooms, shovels, gas pwered blowers, pressure washer, and trash removal equipment efficiently.
        
      • Routine yard checks driving a company vehicle. (Must have a valid drivers license)
        
      • Keep site grounds free of trash, litter and debris, and empty trash recepticals.
        
      • Remove snow by using shovel or snow blower.
        
      • Cleaning and maintaining equipment and materials.
        
      • Adhere to all industry and company safety standards and policies always including the use of PPE.
        
      • Any other duties as required per management.
