Position Details
Location: Tar Heel, NC
Compensation: $70K-$80K + 10% Target Bonus (Average $20K in overtime annually)
Shift: 2nd Shift/ 3rd Shift; M-F (Some weekends)

Position Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a group of Maintenance Electricians and Mechanics in support of building and equipment maintenance and repair. You will determine strategies to reduce downtime and keep product flow and production lines running at maximum efficiency. Other responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance systems associated with High Performing Manufacturing Organizations such as Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, etc. as well as interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate resolutions.

Position Requirements
--- These positions are ideal for current/former military leaders, especially nuclear-trained technicians, that possess outstanding electrical/electronic troubleshooting abilities with controls understanding/experience with solid mechanical aptitude/general technical acumen.
--- History of success to include your work performance, schooling, promotion paths, and ability to excel against your peers and candidates for these roles.
--- Be willing to share skills to help others develop.
--- Excellent communication skills.
--- Be committed to providing a high level of detail and pride towards system & equipment maintenance work, projects, and programs with a focus on safe operations.
--- Bachelor's in Engineering preferred but not required.
