Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Tar Heel, NC
Shift: 1st (5:30am - 6:30pm)/ 2nd (2pm - 10pm)/ 3rd (10pm - 6:30am) available
Compensation: $75k - 90k + 15% Target Bonus

Position Description:
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a group of Maintenance Electricians and Mechanics in support of building and equipment maintenance and repair. Determine strategies to reduce downtime and keep product flow and production lines running at maximum efficiency. Other responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance systems associated with High Performing Manufacturing Organizations such as Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, etc. as well as interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate resolutions.

Requirements:
--- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2+ years of related experience or 4 years of maintenance or process/project engineering experience; required.
--- In lieu of a High School Diploma or GED, candidate must have 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and a minimum of 2 years related experience leading or supervising others.
--- Advanced technical skills in ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler, compressed air, mechanical and electrical fields (e.g. PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical engineering, etc.) and is able to lead resource planning efforts in a large manufacturing environment (Required for 1st shift only)

Compensation: $20-$31/hr (Pay range based off test); $.50/hr Shift diff; Relocation assistance available

Position Description:
As an industrial maintenance technician, you will perform routine, pro-active, corrective and preventative maintenance in a commercial consumer packaged goods manufacturing facility. In this role you will:
--- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
--- Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
--- Prepare and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs
--- Use electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills to repair packaging and production machines
--- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance

Requirements:
--- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1+ years of related experience and/or training in an industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing environment

Position Description:
This position has responsibilities to maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment in a food processing environment. This position requires proficiency in multiple skill clusters, such as electrical controls, fluid power, mechanical systems, welding, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. This person will perform medium to high-level machine systems troubleshooting and repair and provide technical support for all phases of the operation. This work will be of average to considerable difficulty in the accomplishment of a variety of mechanical maintenance actions.

Requirements:
--- HS Diploma or equivalency required.
--- 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training.
